We invite you to pay the registration fees as IAS member. To be member just follow the instruction given on the IAS website.

Proceed to payment of registration fees : PLEASE read ALL the information on this page !

The payment process is as follows:

1. Follow the link to Payment facility
2. Pre-register by filling a short form regarding your personal information
3. Wait until your pre-registration is validated by the Organizing committee and your abstract accepted by the scientific committee, you will receive an e-mail from 'no-reply@azur-colloque.fr' confirming your pre-registration.
   PLEASE note that the validation of your pre-registration can take a few hours
   and that during this time, you will not be able to pay the conference fees.
4. Follow the link provided in the e-mail to proceed the payment
5. Fill in another form and pay by credit-card. You also may pay by cheque drawn or by bank transfer.
   
6. You receive an e-mail from 'no-reply@azur-colloque.fr' confirming your payment
7. NOTE that NO REFUNDING will be possible.
8. Note also that the abstract will only be published in the program and in the abstract book after payment

Note that you have to create an account on Azurcolloque website to pay the registration fees.
Both creating your account and proceeding to fee payment on Azurcolloque are MANDATORY to complete your registration to the congress.

Registration fees include:

• Conference entrance
• Conference materials (badge, pdf programme etc.)
• Coffee breaks and lunches on July 24, 25, 26 and 27^th and picnic on the 28^th
• Gala dinner on July 27^th
• Field trip on July 28^th afternoon

Accompanying persons fees : 210 €

Accompanying persons are welcome to cocktail on Monday July 24th, to diner gala on Thursday July 27th and to fieldtrip (with lunch) on Friday July 28th afternoon. Access to conferences will not be allowed.
